Beautiful hotel, excellent communication, efficient transfer service, upgraded lovely room, great breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, right on a square where you could visit all the historical buildings within a 20-minute walk. It was also close to all the main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The service was exceptional, with the staff being polite and accommodating to our every need or request. The room was gorgeous, with wood beam ceilings and a spacious dressing room. We also appreciated the in-room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel had a bar/lounge area where we could enjoy a drink, and the breakfast provided a good selection of food. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

I had the most amazing stay at Ruzzini Palace. The staff made my holiday nice. From the friendly smiles at reception to the helpfulness of the cleaners, everyone was really good. The breakfast room was fantastic, with delicious food, and I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice. I'll definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of both the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. You can easily explore all the main attractions of the city without having to travel far. Plus, if you're interested in visiting the Murano factory of glass, it's also conveniently close by.

The only downside is the water pressure in the showers, which can be quite light.

The hotel is conveniently located in a charming area, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The rooms offer beautiful views of the canal, adding to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, as seen with their willingness to accommodate special dietary needs during breakfast.

The water taxi arranged by the hotel for airport transfer turned out to be a ride to a high-pressure sales showroom on Murano, which may not have been what guests were expecting or wanting.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The hotel was located in a lovely quiet square, close to the center but not too close, making it a peaceful place to stay. It was also conveniently located in short walking distance to all the main attractions and landmarks, but still quiet in its own square. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff were helpful and friendly, always available to assist us.

Nothing it was perfect.

We loved this venue's location, right off the square in Castello and in walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff was very accommodating and provided excellent services like room service and happy hour. The room amenities were great, including tea and coffee facilities and soundproofed rooms. The staff made sure we saw the most of here and even helped us with car hire and tours.

A hidden gem, Ruzzini Palace exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all major attractions. The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The staff were helpful and even catered to my gluten intolerance. I loved the convenience of the water taxi dropping us off right at the rear entrance. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The best thing about the hotel was the personalized service from the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and were very good too make our stay comfortable. The location was also great, with easy walking distance to all the main attractions. the rooms were beautiful and luxurious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. we were offered a free water taxi tour to a glass blowing place, but it turned out to be a sales tactic to get us to buy expensive Murano glass.
